Our alumni have always been the foundation that helps keep our chapter strong. We are now accepting donations to support the maintenance of the chapter house and to assist the active undergraduate chapter in continuing the traditions and values we all share.
To make supporting the chapter easier, we’ve established alumni membership levels and created a membership database where every alumnus should have an active account. From your account, you can both manage your membership and make a donation directly.

NC Iota Building Fund
The Building Fund is dedicated specifically to the care, improvement, and long-term preservation of the NC Iota chapter house. Unlike the general investment fund, which supports scholarships and leadership development, the Building Fund is focused solely on the physical home of the fraternity.
How the Building Fund is Used:
- Repairs & Maintenance – addressing immediate needs such as roofing, plumbing, electrical, or safety upgrades.
- Renovations & Upgrades – improving living spaces, study areas, or common rooms to keep the house competitive and attractive to undergraduates.
- Capital Projects – funding large-scale improvements or expansions when needed.
- Emergency Expenses – providing reserves for urgent or unexpected building-related costs.
Why it Matters:
The chapter house is not only a residence—it’s the center of brotherhood, recruitment, and alumni tradition. Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and modern facility ensures that NC Iota continues to thrive and attract the best students to join our fraternity.
